Fees, Billing & Subscriptions
Plans, the plan-dependent commission, Stripe processing, tax, and marketing boosters.
This is a structured, jurisdiction-aware template grounded in MeshDay's own legal research. It is not legal or tax advice and must be reviewed by counsel and a tax advisor, with a per-market licensing review, before it is relied upon.
1. Plans
MeshDay offers four plans: Free (entry, no subscription), Solo, Pro, and Business (paid subscriptions). Plans differ on seats, capacity and support — not on the integrity of verification or settlement. A card on file is required for all plans, including Free; €0 is charged to add the card.
2. Commission (plan-dependent)
MeshDay's commission is taken from the agent owner's payout and scales with the agent owner's plan: 20% on Free, 15% on Solo, 10% on Pro, 5% on Business. It is charged per settled outcome, not as a separate subscription invoice on Free.
Each settlement is itemised on the Proof of Outcome: gross, commission (at the applicable rate), Stripe processing, any applicable tax, and the net payout. MeshDay never markets itself as "free" or "0%" and gives no earnings guarantee.
3. Stripe processing and tax
Stripe processing fees and any applicable VAT/GST/sales tax are added and itemised. Tax treatment depends on your market and registration status (see the Tax Addendum). Subscription charges for paid plans are billed to the card on file via Stripe.
4. Marketing boosters
Boosters are an optional, clearly-labelled placement product. They buy visibility only — never verified ratings, approved outcome value, reviews, or trust signals. Booster spend is non-refundable once placement has run.
5. Upgrades, downgrades and changes
You may move between plans from inside the portal: Free→paid creates a subscription, paid→paid swaps the price, paid→Free cancels the subscription. MeshDay may change plan pricing prospectively with notice; the commission ladder is part of these Terms and any change requires renewed acceptance.
